Today I got yet another peak rating at Queen Alice Internet Chess Club, now it is 2155!! I am really happy about it. The fact that I am consistently keeping my rating there over 2100 these days makes me grin every now and again. Will I ever be able to transfer that same playing strength to over the board games, most likely not, at least not for a long time. Too many things distracting me in OTB games these days to ever really improve my rating in that department. I think my Finnish elo or selo as it is maybe better known peaked at 1886 or something like that and I honestly think it will not get over that ever again. I just don't have any interest in OTB chess anymore. I have not managed to update puzzles today as of yet but maybe later on in the evening I have time to do that.
